This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ritual of Lithmus". This card is not destroyed as a result of battle and is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. As long as there is a face-up Trap Card on the field, the ATK and DEF of this card become 3000.

And, would the effect work with Skill Drain since he's not affected by trap effects? Oh, and discuss.

Whether or not Skill Drain affects him depends on if Skill Drain was on the field prior to Lithmus or not (if it was, then Lithmus is negated).

 

As for Lithmus, being a Level 8 DARK gives it synergy with some of the better non-Gishki Rituals in the game, but they could always just run Masked Beast. The Trap immunity is nice though.

There's a lot of things they could have made. I was looking forward to it, personally, along with Alexis' Rituals. Then again, all those rituals would flood the pack.

Well, maybe they'll release them in the future. Since you know, it looks like we're getting more DRLG-like sets in the future.
