The rhythm captures listeners attention while forcing the speaker to make a short argument. Sadly this means that facts often give way to anecdotes, but powerful non the less. I'm really not a fan of the bluntness in the delivery of the overall message. I'm very much a person who prefers when information is being implied rather than forced. I don't find myself looking for rap too much, but I like the lyrics of these. I overall like when there's a message and clever poetry in these songs. Though if I try to look for that genre of music, I usually don't find anything remotely to my liking.
