Flash Flyer - Sakura
Remember what some of us told you in AoC: Post lore underneath card so we can fix your OCG if need-be. Anyway, CnC time. Please keep in mind that RC logic will be applied in this. On normal Lugia (#249), I'm assuming that effect means "Special Summon a WATER" monster from the Graveyard. Aside from revival, the rest of its Materials are going to waste, leaving it with zero protection from effects, especially from stuff such as 101, Mirror Force, Exciton and so on. I would add some effect that would allow it to use its materials for something (you may want to incorporate some of Lugia's attacks or abilities from the game/anime) or deal with its vulnerability to effect destruction. Shadow Lugia essentially acts the same way Dreadscythe does when Eatos does (SS upon destruction). When it comes out, it "corrupts" WATER monsters into DARK and then powers up for each of them. Much like how normal Lugia has no protection from effects and other stuff, this card will die to such things. Even with the Nomi condition, its stats are too high for a Level 6 monster. Raise its Level to 8 or 9, so it matches. Or if you want to do something similar to what the anime did, have this card be a Ranked Up version of 249 [you'd have to change the card's name to Number S249 or something [S is for Shadow]. However, this is a suggestion (you can choose to try this idea out or stick with what you have). Again, incorporate more things related to what Shadow Lugia does in XD (or for that matter, improved versions of what the original does). A note about the Numbers though; they don't really blend well with the actual existing Numbers, considering they cap at 107 for Tachyon if you factor in the Over Hundred Numbers. Just because C1000 exists does not imply the existence of 108-999. Though this is just aesthetic, and doesn't detract much from the card itself. Trebuchet MS
The numbers actually correspond to their Pokedex entry.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Yeah, I know the Number represents their spot in the national dex. Though I did make a Lugia card with Number 90 on it a month ago, so guess I shouldn't complain that this card's Number has no relevance to ZEXAL's. Anyway, Winged-Beast needs to be capitalized properly in the Type. Given Lugia has higher defensive stats than it does offensive ones, it would make sense that they would translate into this card's ones; but that's probably just me. I already said everything that I had to in last post (given that this is based on a version legendary, it's somewhat underwhelming) (Think I should lay off on using RC logic when I'm CnCing stuff)
