Trebuchet MS
Speak of the devil, and he will appear. Now, let's review. I will read through and correct the texts of each of your cards during this review so that I'm actually reading through what your cards can do instead of skimming over them.
This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing removing from play 5 Level 4 or lower "Pokemon" monsters from your Graveyard. "Pokemon" monsters you control on your side of the field cannot be targeted by the effects of Spell/Trap cards. "Pokemon" monsters on your side of the field cannot be destroyed, as a result of by battle. The ATK of this card is equal to the amount of "Pokemon" monsters in your Graveyard x 500.
Mew is known in-game for being a complete all-rounder Pokemon with the ability to learn any teachable move. This card doesn't exactly reflect these quirks particularly well, but it's still a decent boss monster that's nigh-impossible to deal with.
This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Once per turn: You may can discard 3 cards from your hand; activate 1 of these effects. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate either of these effects. * Destroy 1 monster and 1 Spell/Trap card on your opponent controls side of the field OR * you may Destroy all monsters on your opponent controls side of the field; you may not attack this turn.
I'm going to assume that, because the effect reflects Blast Burn and its cooldown time, you don't get to declare an attack regardless of which option you choose. Discarding 3 cards is a bit of a steep cost, though, especially if you combine it with the downside. Makes the first option a -1 no matter how you slice it. Perhaps reduce the discard cost to 2 instead? Weird summon restriction too. Is this because you intend Charizard to be evolved from its lower forms?
This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mew's Cloning". This card cannot be destroyed by Spell/Trap effects cards. While If this card is the only monster you control: on your side of the field, You can pay 500 Life Points; this turn, this card can attack all your monsters opponent controls once each monsters.
*scroll scroll* Where's Mew's Cloning? If you intend to have a custom card interact with another custom card, please post up all the cards it interacts with so that we can properly judge how easily it is Summoned or how strong its intended combo can get. The "attack all" effect is neat, but considering that you can then Summon monsters afterwards, it's a bit potent, don't you think? Maybe change the timing of the effect to "At the start of the Battle Phase", or put a no-Summon restriction when the effect has been activated.
This card Requires 3 Tributes to be tribute Normal Summon/Seted. If "Dragonair, The Dragon Pokemon" or "Dratini, The Dragon Pokemon" are one of the tributes, then this card only requires 2 tributes. This card is unaffected by your opponent's spell, trap and monster card effects. If this attacking card destroys a monster, as a result of by battle: It can make an additional attack in a row once more.
I would suggest passing the Tribute-reducing effect to Dragonair or Dratini themselves. It would take on a sentence among the lines of "This card is treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of "Dragonite, the Dragon Pokemon". Blanket immunity to card effects is a powerful thing. Not even the legal God Cards have that in its utter completion. Is it supposed to reflect Multiscale? Maybe change it to a once-per-turn immunity. Furthermore, the effect immunity makes the Outrage rampage nigh-unstoppable - as long as it has monsters to attack and destroy it can just keep attacking until it hits the opponent directly. The rampage has to stop somewhere and the Pokemon be inflicted with confusion from exhaustion. Think about this when refining the Outrage adaptation.
1 LIGHT Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: Change the battle position of each of all monsters your opponent controls monsters to Defense Position. Once per turn: You can may discard your entire hand (min. 1) to destroy all Defense Position monsters on the field. You cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.
First effect feels more like Thunder Wave (paralyzes without doing damage), second effect feels more like Discharge (hits everything, including your own) Slightly weak compared to Charizard and its Blast Burn boardwipe that doesn't hit your own monsters. Maybe Zapdos' first effect can be improved by preventing the affected monsters from changing their battle position afterwards (like how paralysis causes turns to be missed), and the second effect to hit only the opponent's Defense Position monsters, or have a reduced cost (1 card instead of your entire hand, for example).
1 FIRE Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: decrease the ATK of All WATER monsters by lose 500 ATK. You can banish Remove from play any amount number of FIRE monsters from your Graveyard; to increase the ATK of this card by gains 500 ATK for each card removed banished this way until the End Phase.
The Sunny weather also gives Fire-types a boost. Why not extend the first effect to also boost FIRE monsters so that it's still useful against non-WATER Decks? Right now, Moltres is a relatively simple beatstick with the ability to grow big and temporarily hit harder. Maybe you can try adapting its hidden Flame Body ability to give it another use outside of battle.
1 WATER Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Winged Beast-Type monsters When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned: Place 2 Ice Counters on each face-up monster on your opponent controls side of the field. Monsters with Ice Counters on them lose 500 ATK for each Ice Counter and cannot change their battle position.
Unexpected Ice Counter interactions! Is this why you've added the Winged Beast non-Tuner restriction that the other Legendary Birds lack?
This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card may only Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "The Azure Flute". When While there is a face-up "The Hall Of Origin" is activated, this card cannot be destroyed. Once per turn: You can change the Attribute of this card may change its attribute. Once per turn: You can may destroy all face-up monsters on the field that do not share have the same Attribute as this card.
I'll not riff on this card being a DIVINE monster for obvious reasons. Once again, do post up "The Azure Flute" and "The Hall of Origin" so we can see how strong it is at its fullest strength and how easy it is to Summon. Lobbing boardwipes around is crazy, especially since it can cycle its Attributes for you to select what monsters are not affected by it. If this card takes little effort to Summon, you'll have to put a downside to its boardwipe effect to keep its power levels from going too high. Even the legal Obelisk can't attack the turn it God Hand Crushes the opponent.
All non-FIRE monsters lose 500 ATK.
Including itself? I know its innate movepool and typing is laughable by Uber standards, but you can afford to bump up its stats by a bit.
You can Ritual Summon this card with "White Stone". When this card attacks: Negate the effects of all face-up Spell Cards are negated.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Black Stone". When this card attacks: Negate the effects of all face-up Trap Cards are negated.
Same goes for Ritual Monsters too - post up their Ritual Spell with them so we can see the strength of any intended card combos. Query: How long does the S/T negation last?
"Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon" + "Zekrom, The Yang Pokemon" This card can only Must be Special Summoned by the effect of with "DNA Splicers" and cannot be Summoned by other ways. A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted done with the listed above Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn: You can reveal Flip up all face-down Spell/Trap Cards, then You may destroy all face-up and revealed Spell Cards on the field. Return all spell cards to their original position afterwards.

"Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon" + "Reshiram, The Yin Pokemon" This card can only Must be Special Summoned by the effect of with "DNA Splicers" and cannot be Summoned by other ways. A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted done with the listed above Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn: You can reveal Flip up all face-down Spell/Trap Cards, then You may destroy all face-up and revealed Trap Cards on the field. Return all spell cards to their original position afterwards.
You know, we've been lacking effects that reveal Set Cards nowadays. The effects seem to lack something. Perhaps also prevent the effect from being Chained to so that the opponent cannot play around it? An adaptation of Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt would be appreciated too.
This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned with by the effect of "Once In A Life Time Encounter" when you remove from play 1 "Gyarados, The Atrocious Pokemon". This card can attack all of monsters your opponent controls once each monsters. Your opponent cannot target this card cannot be targeted by your opponent's with Trap effects cards. Destroy all field spell cards.
When does this last effect happen? Does it constantly destroy Field Spells as they're being played, or do you have control over when it can destroy them?
3 Level 4 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; select one Special Summon 1 "Deoxys" monster card from your Extra Deck and place it on top of by using this card as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. card becomes one of its the new card's Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster).

At least 3 Level 4 monsters + 1 "Deoxys" card Must first be Summoned by the effect of a "Deoxys" card. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; select one Special Summon 1 "Deoxys" monster card from your Extra Deck and place it on top of by using this card as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. card becomes one of its the new card's Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster).
Hmm, an Xyz Monster that can Xyz Change itself. Intriguing. I've adjusted Deoxys-A so that you need to go through the original Deoxys first. So far, the Deoxys Formes are vanillas barring their Forme Change abilities. I would give the original Deoxys a unique effect that lets it stand out amongst the rest of the Formes - maybe by giving it the ability to Forme Change during the opponent's turn? Attack Deoxys can use the "piercing battle damage" effect. I can foresee Deoxys-D having an effect that makes it resistant to destruction, and Deoxys-S getting additional attacks per Battle Phase. To summarize: Decent cards, some room for improvement. You'll need to provide the cards that some of your Pokemon need to be Summoned.

Articuno needing a non-tuner winged beast was actually a mistake by me. I will nerf Dragonite and add Dragonair and Dratini to this post. I will nerf Mewtwo. I will change Moltres' effect. I'm not sure what to but this just seems kinda... boring. I will nerf Arceus. I have already changed Kyurem's effect. Zekrom and Reshiram got changed too. Tinkerer
This is really cool! I was doing a similar thing, but I do think your cards do a better job of showing the personalities of the pokemon themselves. I can't really say much that Gad didn't touch already, but I was wondering about the Kyurem fusions. Both of them list "Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon" as a fusion material. The only Kyurem shown currently is the Empty Dragon Kyurem. I was curious if you were planning on making another Kyurem or just change up the names? The only Kyurem shown currently is the Empty Dragon Kyurem. I was curious if you were planning on making another Kyurem or just change up the names? Sorry about that. I forgot to change the name. Kyurem was originally "Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon", Reshiram was "Reshiram, The Yang Pokemon" and Zekrom was "Zekrom, The Yin Pokemon". I changed Reshiram and Zekrom's name because of the whole truth vs ideals concept of Black and White where Reshiram represented truths and Zekrom represented ideals. Then, because ideals and truths are English, it would not make sense for Kyurem to be the "Wuji Pokemon" so I changed it to the "Empty Dragon". You shouldn't give up just because I do it, many other people here do Pokemon. In fact, if we worked together, I'm sure the product would be greater than if we worked alone. Tinkerer
Awesome! Keep it up! Just another thing with names, wouldn't Suicune be the Beast of Ice? As for the effects themselves, I think they really work well for their lore, (especially the fact that they had to be summoned from the graveyard for their secondary effect to work) but I think that Raikou's text could be reworded a little (I'm not the bet person for that!). Other than that, I think these are pretty good!
Trebuchet MS
Let's review the modified cards and polish up their lores.
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Once per turn: You may can discard 3 cards; activate 1 of these effects. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate either of these effects. * Destroy 1 monster and 1 Spell/Trap card on your opponent controls OR * Destroy all monsters on your opponent controls side of the field; you may not attack this turn.

This card Requires 3 Tributes to be tribute Normal Summoned/Seted. Once per turn: This card is unaffected by your opponent's spell, trap and monster card effects until the End Phase. If this attacking card destroys a monster, as a result of by battle: It can make an additional attack in a row, once more. If you activate this effect, this card may but it cannot attack directly this turn. If this attacking card destroys 3 monsters, as a result of by battle, in 1 Battle Phase: Destroy this card.
Much better. I've modified the immunity effect to last until the End Phase.
When this card is successfully Summoned: You can Special Summon up to 2 "Dratini, The Dragon Pokemon" from your hand or Deck. This card is treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of "Dragonite, the Dragon Pokemon".
I'm concerned over how this card can effectively set up a Rank 3 Xyz Summon on its own, especially if it's Special Summoned via the plethora of Special Summon effects available. Perhaps change this to trigger only on a Normal Summon?
1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: Change all monsters your opponent controls to face-up Defense Position. Those monsters cannot change their battle positions. Once per turn: You can discard your entire hand (min. 1); to destroy all Defense Position monsters on the field. You cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated.

3 Level 8 monsters During your main phase, You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; select choose 1 free unused Monster Card Zone or one Spell & Trap Card Zone. While this card remains face-up on the field, that Card Zone cannot be used occupied as long as this card remains face-up on the field.
Reminds me of Number 57, only with repeatable locks and doesn't target. Considering that it takes some effort to make, I guess those quirks are excusable.
3 Level 8 monsters When your opponent Special Summons a monster: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; to banish that monster until your opponent's 2nd Standby Phase after this effect's activation. Special summon that monster to your opponents side of the field (ignoring summoning conditions) during your opponent's second standby phase after it was banished.
*TIME!* Fascinating effect that's reminiscent of Future Visions. Can prove to be very disruptive since this neither destroys nor targets and utterly wrecks tempo. Naturally, it's a removal lightning rod, but well worth it.
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned if it was special summoned from being banishment. All Banish any monsters that this card destroyed, as a result of by battle with this card, are banished. During your main phase, You can banish this card; destroy all non-LIGHT monsters on the field.
The fact that the banished zone is not officially named really grinds my gears. It makes it very difficult to word this card's Summon restriction. As such, I'll wing it a little, loaning MtG's wording from a card that can be cast from exile. Still, it is a weird Summon restriction, forcing someone to run stuff like Escape from the Dark Dimension. I know of many cards that retrieve from banishment, but I can't easily name cards that Special Summon other banished cards. Under most circumstances, if an activation condition is not listed, it's treated as an Ignition effect - it has Spell Speed 1 and can only be activated during your Main Phase.
Tribute 1 "Palkia, The Deity of Space", 1 "Dialga, The Deity of Time" and 1 "Giratina, The Banished Renegade"; Special Summon 1 "Arceus, The Alpha Pokemon" from your hand or Deck.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "The Azure Flute". Once per turn: You can change the Attribute of this card. Once per turn: You can destroy all face-up monsters on the field that do not have the same Attribute as this card.
Well, I'd say Arceus and his boardwipe-lobbing is now perfectly excusable. It's an incredibly tedious hoop to jump through, needing 2 triple-mat Rank 8s and a monster with an incredibly tedious Summoning condition. With the effort needed to bring Arceus out, you can definitely tack on a little something else to really make it worth the trouble.
All non-FIRE monsters, except besides this card, lose 500 ATK. Once per turn: You can target 1 select one monster on your opponent controls; side of the field. that target monster loses 400 ATK and DEF and cannot attack or change its battle position until the end of your opponent's next End Phase turn.
Better and more useable.
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters When If this card attacks, negate the effects of all Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step are negated. This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's monster effects cards.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Dragon-Type monsters When If this card attacks, negate the effects of all Spell Cards until the end of the Damage Step are negated. This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's monster effects cards.
I'll assume the negation lasts for the duration of the attack. Still, it's a very narrow negation range, akin to the Ancient Gear clause ("If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.") Resh would see better viability, though Zekrom still has some slight use in punching through buffs granted from Continuous Spells.
"Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon Empty Dragon" + "Zekrom, The Dragon of Ideals" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above listed Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn: You can reveal Flip up all face-down Spell/Trap Cards, then. You may destroy all revealed and face-up Spell Cards, and on the field. return the remaining cards all spell cards to their original position afterwards. This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's monster effects cards.

"Kyurem, The Wuji Pokemon Empty Dragon" + "Reshiram, The Dragon of Truth" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above listed Fusion Material Monsters. Once per turn: You can reveal Flip up all face-down Spell/Trap Cards, then. You may destroy all revealed and face-up Trap Cards, and on the field. return the remaining cards all spell cards to their original position afterwards. This card is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's monster effects cards.
The opponent can easily play around this by activating the cards that would be threatened. Perhaps if there's an additional condition that prevents the opponent from activating anything in response to it, allowing you to safely defuse those cards... Either way, White Kyurem would see more use once again, because Black holds the risk of setting off a plethora of Artifacts. Not cool.
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card can only Must first be Special Summoned by banishing removing from play 3 "Magikarp, The Fish Pokemon" from your Graveyard or side of the field or your graveyard. This card can attack all of monsters your opponent controls once each monsters.

This card can only Cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. Can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 1 "Raikou, The Legendary Beast of Thunder", 1 "Entei, The Legendary Beast of Fire" and 1 "Suicune, The Legendary Beast of Water". If During the End Phase of the turn this card was destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon it from your Graveyard during the end phase of that turn. Once per turn: You can decrease the Level of this monster by 1; Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard that has a level equal to or the same Level as this card.
The first use of its effect would most likely be a dud unless it's recycling a LV9 Synchro monster. We don't have that many LV9 Main Deck monsters running around. But other than that, it's a pretty spiffy card. Considering the effort needed to bring it out, the revival is quite something, especially if used to facilitate an Xyz Summon for a game-ending blow.
This card is also treated as a Pyro-Type monster. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can inflict 300 damage to your opponents life points equal to the amount of for each cards in your Graveyard x300. If this monster card attacks a Defense Position monster, it inflicts piercing battle damage to your opponent.

This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can target any number of monsters your opponent controls; change their battle positions of as many monsters on your opponent's side of the field as you wish. At the start of the Damage Step, if this monster attacked a Defense Position monster: You can destroy that monster without conducting the damage step.

This card is also treated as an Aqua-Type monster. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can return all Spell/Trap cards on the field to their respective owner's hand. When If this card attacks, neither player can activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step may not be activated.
And a few parting tips: Yugioh always uses "can" instead of "may". Activation condition: Target declaration and costs; effect resolution. Remember to delete strikethrough text.
Tinkerer
@Gad Something else I noted. Is there a need to specify that Ho-oh can be special summoned by its own effect, or is that excessive? I'd think that it might be important to note considering the first line states that it "Cannot be Special Summoned".
