Ancient Gear Drill

If you control an "Ancient Gear" monster: Discard 1 card; Set 1 Spell Card directly from your Deck. This turn, that Spell Card cannot be activated.

So with regards to some recent statuses...
This is ideally what a semi-generic Spell searcher should be; It's tied to an Archetype that doesn't really need it, and because you are Setting the card, and also keeping it from being used for the turn, you apply some light pressure to your opponent in the sense that they could waste a Typhoon/etc on it ahead of time, OR just let you use it on your following turn and deal with it. 'Course, nothing is stopping you from picking a Quick-Play on the off chance you want to turn any card in your hand into MST(Assuming you pick it), because you can then go right on ahead and use card on the Opponent's turn.
Either way, Konami should honestly make more stuff like this.
I'm ignoring Gold Sarcoph, of course.
