I Hate Snatch Steal
Inspiration for the redo: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/316662-backwards-yuma-is-indeed-backwards/ If anyone was curious about the old version: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/293180-flaxen-battle-new-spellcaster-archtype/ If you control no monsters, you can normal summon/set this card without tributing. If this card is normal summoned: you can add 1 "Flaxen Battle" monster from your deck to your hand, except "Flaxen Battle Mage". Once per turn: you can discard 1 card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy that target. Once per turn: you can discard 1 level 4 or higher monster; the levels of all "Flaxen Battle" monsters you currently control become the discarded monster's level in the graveyard. If this card is sent from the hand to the graveyard to activate the effect of "Flaxen Battle Mage": you can special summon this card from your graveyard. If this card is normal summoned: you can add 1 "Flaxen Arts" card from your deck to your hand. Then if you do not control another "Flaxen Battle" monster, shuffle 1 card from your hand into the deck. Once per turn if another monster you control attacks an opponent's monster, during damage calculation: you can target the attacking monster; that target gains 800 ATK during this Battle Phase. You can only use each effect of "Flaxen Battle Kid" once per turn. You can reveal this card in your hand to target 1 "Flaxen Battle" monster you control; special summon this card from your hand. Also change that target's battle position. If this card in its owner's possession is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): you can target 1 "Flaxen Battle" monster in your graveyard, except "Flaxen Battle Kid"; special summon that target. If you control a face-up "Flaxen Battle" monster: target 1 or 2 cards on the field; Destroy those targets. If this card is in your graveyard and was not sent there this turn and you control a "Flaxen Battle" monster: you can shuffle this card, 1 other "Flaxen Arts" card, and 1 "Flaxen Battle" card from your graveyard into the deck; draw 1 card. Target 1 "Flaxen Battle" monster you control and 1 or 2 monsters in your graveyard that have levels; if the first target is still face-up, special summon the other target(s), but their ATK becomes 0, their effects are negated and their levels each become equal to the level of the first target. If you do not summon from the extra deck this turn after Summoning those monsters, you lose 1000 Life Points during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Flaxen Arts - Extra Summon" per turn. Toffee.
Between the Arts and the Monsters, I get the feeling these are trying to Summon some high Rank monster, with like 3-4 Materials.I mean, you could go Mage into Kid, then Mage's effect into Girl, and overlay for something needing such Materials.Add to it, Extra Summon gives you all of those monsters for such a Summon, if you ran it in multiples.Lightning is iffy, though, since it's a +1 out of nowhere and more often then not will act as a double-Tyhpoon OR clearing what the opponent has as some sort of defense on the off-chance they have multiple monsters. Not to mention, if your playing the Archetype, you are more often then not guaranteed to also get the bonus effect, which also turns into a +2.Like, part of me wants to say these are trying to be Star Seraphs, in the sense that they specialize in 3-Material monsters, but instead of rewarding the player for using a gimmicky deck, they just outright come with cards that literally let you make such things, without giving that much attention to the Archetype in the first place. Also, considering the potential of Extra Summon, Girl's ability to search it is a bit much.
