hypebeast Posted May 21, 2014 Report Share Posted May 21, 2014 Do you consider urself an alpha male or a beta male?? in all honesty. i think this concept of defining "masculinity" with alphas or betas is just something some delusional losers made up. its like, a real man doesnt care if hes alpha or beta or whatever, he just is what he is. theres ppl on the internet that go around all like "wow youre a beta lol im alpha". but really theyre just hiding their insecurities with a very thick layer of ergh. now, when you refer to betas as whiteknights and etc... now thats something else, those are just losers, not "alphas" or "betas" u kno what i mean? like i dont believe theres a way to say someone is alpha or beta. if you hang out with girls that doesnt mean youre alpha, that just means youre a normal person but people tend to go like "wow, i've been a loner all my life right? so if i talk to a girl Im gonna become an alpha male" <<<<< this is probably the saddest argument ever. i say this cause i used to be like this at one point in my life. i thought because i was making new friends and talking to new people i was better than everyone else and it really got up to my head, i thought i had taken the "red pill" and became an "alpha male". now I look back and cringe when i think about it lol. tl;dr what do u think of betas and alphas. Well isn't it pretty obvious by this point that the macho thing is absolutely empty and stupid? This is just a self-serving branch of that concept, and it keeps those traits, I think. The closest thing I can say this has any validity in saying is that it's better to go get what you want instead of being scared to do it, but not if you have to bully somebody or act arrogantly to do it. Some men are more muscular, physically attractive and outgoing than others and they will probably get more girls but that doesn't make them superior.
