Pendulum Carnival

Normal Trap

Target 1 Pendulum Monster in a Pendulum Zone, then you can target another Pendulum Monster in a Pendulum Zone; toss 1 six-sided die for the first target. If you do, that monster's Scales become equal to that dice result, then if you chose a second target, repeat this effect for that target.

Hopefully this is understandable.

A better way to word it would be

Pendulum Carnival

Normal Trap

Target up to 2 Pendulum Card in Pendulum Zones (min. 1), roll a six-sided die for each target, those targets Pendulum Scales become equal to the number rolled.

Not sure about the second half of that wording, no clue how die/coin wordings go. Something close to that would be better though.

Target 1 Pendulum Monster in any Pendulum Zone, then you can target another Pendulum Monster in a Pendulum Zone; and toss 1 six-sided die. for the first target. If you do, That monster's Pendulum Scale becomes equal to that dice the result, then and if you it does, you can target 1 other Pendulum monster in any Pendulum Zone; chose a second target, repeat this effect for that target.

@popbop40 I think it would be more something along these lines.  It can be ambiguous if you target 2 things and then preform 2 different things simultaneously.  Whose to say which result goes to whom in the way you phrased it?  While it can be done by targeting both at once, its much simple just to make separate instances.

On to the effect

This card seems pretty reasonable.  However there is one thing to consider, and that this is only really effective at setting a low end pendulum scale.  Since you want the largest possible difference in Scales, if the result is a 6 you are pretty much screwed for this turn.  This isn't really a problem, and it is kinda interesting to see a die effect that focuses on rolling as low as possible rather than as high as possible.  If this is not what you intended though, I suggest the following fix:

You can only activate one "Pendulum Carnival" per turn. Target 1 Pendulum Monster in any Pendulum Zone; toss a six-sided die, then you can apply 1 of the following effects, and if you do, you can target 1 other Pendulum monster in any Pendulum Zone and repeat this effect for that target:
  • Increase that card's Pendulum Scale by the result
  • Decrease that card's Pendulum Scale by the result

Honestly either way is fine.  It just depends on what you want this card to do.  A note for the 2nd one: I felt my edit might have made it a tad abusable, so I added a OPT clause.  Might not be necessary, but just in case.
