Blake
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. You can target 1 "Yang Zing" monster you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy those cards. You can only use this effect of "Yazi, Wickedness of the Yang Zing" once per turn. When this card you control is destroyed (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 Wyrm-Type monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Yazi, Wickedness of the Yang Zing" once per turn. This card is really worrying to me. Not because it's a Level 7 Leo that can off itself to kill something. It's only 2600 (generically) so running over it isn't difficult. It worries me about what they design for Wyrms other than Cosmics. It's basically a Lonefire that kills something when it goes off, that only loses to, say, Skill Drain or THRiO, with the latter being shit. It probably won't be an issue, but the very idea just kinda... irks me, I guess. That said, this is just hilarious to make with FIRE + WATER + LIGHT, because it just gives you a 3100 immune to targeting and traps. This leaves lolDarkHole (which isn't good atm, especially against Yang Zing) and Exciton as common answers, with next to no other ways to remove it. There is Dark Rebellion coming up, provided it's a Yazi/Baxia field, but then Yazi floats and doesn't care too much, just sees it as a temporary nuisance. It's really hard to get rid of, and it really is a wincon in testing for most games.
Toffee.
And thus, Konami sets themselves up to fail....
evilfusion
I can agree on a basic level. By designing for Wyrms, they're risking this becoming too good based on what other Wyrms are released, rather than designing for the archetype. The archetype itself kind of worries me because of the sheer number of floaters. I think they may have practically designed the entire Wyrm type to be based on the Cosmic archetype...which is a problem in its own sense.

It's just Psychics all over again; A Type that acts like an Archetype, then progressively fleshes itself out, and then settles itself in with the other Types.....And to think, it's all because of Konami's dragon-fetish. Mugendramon
Metaphized Armed Dragon. Tell me more about how that works with the archetype this card is a part of.
-Noel-
Tell me more about how that works with the archetype this card is a part of. Duel Puzzle: Your opponent has 2800 LP, he controls only a Marshmallon without any backrow, and you control only a Yazi with MAD and a copy of each Yang Zing in your Deck, what will you do? Well it's a Lv.7, so with their own Tuner you can make an OG Stardust, since using non-Tuner Yang Zing seems a bit counterproductive for it. Lunar Origins
I can't help it. Yet another stupid synchro an otherwise mediocre feeling deck gets. Ugh.

heraldry_lord
Tell me more about how that works with the archetype this card is a part of. His point was that Metaphized Armed Dragon prevents Wyrms from being a 100% archetype.
Mugendramon
His point was that Metaphized Armed Dragon prevents Wyrms from being a 100% archetype. I know, but the reason for my response is that the only actual deck that type has ever seen is an archetype.
