2 Level 6 Monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 5 or 7 Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.)  Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; excavate the top 2 cards of your Deck, then, if you excavated at least 1 monster, Negate the effects of all other face-up cards on the Field, until the End Phase. During the End Phase, when this card has no Xyz Materials: Shuffle it into the Extra Deck.

:P you're welcome.

Also you cannot have over 107 so pick another number.

All the Numbers are or will be taken, so its pointless to try and pick one that isnt official yet. This is more plausible than anything less than 107.

What happens after you excavate those cards? Do they go back on top of the Deck in any order? Or their original order? Or on the bottom in any order? Or into the Graveyard?

Remember that excavation, unlike other keywords, does not immediately determine where the card goes afterwards. Which is why low-Level Sylvans, despite interacting with excavation, don't get along well with Morphing Jar 2, because they're Special Summoned after excavation instead of sent to the Graveyard where they sometimes want to go.

I made it to excavate cards to the Graveyard. Is it good this way or should I change it?

By making Constellar Hyades/Omega, evolving it into M7, evolving it into Gaia Drake, and evolving it into this, you get 2 charges for his ability and have an extra Material so you don't lose him afterward. So he can dump 2 cards to negate two face-up Spell/Trap/monster effects if you dedicate some Extra Deck space and a pair of Level 3/4 LIGHT monsters. That seems kind of strong even though he'll occasionally excavate 2 Spells and fail to negate anything.

It's more likely to have a single shot and be left with 1 Material after usage. Though considering it's at 1900 ATK, it should be beatable, and it also currently has the downside of being weak to the Fire/Ice Hand Monsters. That in addition to how you spend more Extra Deck slots on him, I'm not sure he is in need of any nerf unless I'm missing something very crucial.

The ability of quick negation is very well worth it.

Alright there's just another syntax issue here:

You know this is a nice, not too op decent looking card. I like it.
