This card gains 300 ATK/DEF for each monster banished this way. This card must be face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.

 

You do realize this effectively kills a good amount of Decks upon summoning.

Get rid of the second effect; banish upon summoning is fine, but not keep it around and have it continually banish said monsters; especially with a power boost.

 

Either lower the power boost or scrap it entirely (you can buff its ATK to 2500 or something if you do)

Or you give it a cap and lower the boost. Somewhat like what Deck Eradicating Virus does, keep it active for 3 turns and lower the atk boost to 100 points. That might fix it a bit (imo)
