J-Max
Thought I would reward people who decide to use the effects of a Madolche monster a lot..... When the effect of a "Madolche" monster you control that returns it to your Deck or your hand is activated, you can Put 1 Candy Counter on this card (Max 6.) During your Main Phase you can remove all Candy Counters from this face-up card to activate 1 of the following effects. - Special Summon 1 "Madolche Queen Tiaramisu" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard to your field in face-up Attack Position. You can attach "Madolche" monsters from your hand, field or Graveyard to the Special Summoned monster as Xyz Materials equal to half the number of Candy Counters removed from this card (rounded down). The Special Summoned monster cannot attack if it does not have any Xyz Material.. - Draw cards from your Deck equal to half the number of Candy Counters removed from this card (rounded down)
The15thWing
The effects are kinda OP and not OP at the same time. The first has a small Loophole in the fact that you can remove 1 counter for a beaststick, and 2 for a 1-time Tiaramisu, so I think that should be remedied. The second eff is kinda meh for me. It'll hardly be used because a lot of Madolches have to be destroyed to get some use, but it CAN draw 3 cards...IDK. I think with some alteration to the 1st eff, this can be a great card. As for art and eff idea, I likey. Also this is a Continuous Spell. I find that weird. Can a village not be a field? IDK.
J-Max
Yeah I made it a Continuous so it can be used with Chateau. Not sure how to modify the effect of the first part to be honest. I wanted to get a Tiaramisu out as part of this effect.... I guess I can cripple the Tiara unless she has Materials? I dunno... EDIT: How's this for a retconned effect? I think with that, it'll be pretty much fine. That makes this card both usable, not broken, and overall nice. I'm sure there's one or two OCG fixes needed, but I'm not great with that, so I'll leave it up to some other user.
Overfrost!
This card's design needs works. Using counters in a deck that uses no such counter is a bad idea. Plus its effect that specifically special summons Tiaramisu is a bit weird. Some more general effects are suggested. The pic is too good. Where the hell everyone found good pictures . . . x.x

Where the hell everyone found good pictures . . . x.x I would have said Spell Counters but then it would have been too easy to abuse with other cards. The Tiaramisu effect was a personal choice of mine. A Madolche player is having a bad game with constant shuffles, why not reward them with at least a little hope in Tiara? Also I unfortunatly cannot say where I get some of my images from. The site is questionable to say the least....

Anyway, it won't be that abusable even if it uses spell counters instead, it won't fit the theme though.

Well Lightsworns have Shine Counters that fcus on 1 card (That Field Spell) so Candy Counters shouldn't be that much of a problem. Thanks for your constructive feedback though. Overfrost!
Since I love the artwork . . . You can only control 1 "Madolche Candy Village". When this card is activated: You can Special Summon 1 "Madolche" monster from your hand. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Madolche" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can banish 1 "Madolche" monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Madolche" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. If this card in your Graveyard would be returned to the Deck, you can add it to your hand instead. If this card is added to your hand by a card effect: You can shuffle this card into the Deck; add 1 "Madolche" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Madolche Candy Village" once per turn.Oh my, I love my version. xD
Ci1000Numerronius
How about: When a "Madolche" monster returns to your Deck or your hand, you can Put 1 Candy Counter on this card (Max 6.) During your Main Phase you can remove 6 Candy Counters from this face-up card to activate 1 of the following effects: - Special Summon 1 "Madolche Queen Tiaramisu" from your Extra Deck or Graveyard to your field in face-up Attack Position. You can attach up to 2 "Madolche" monsters from your hand, field or Graveyard to the Special Summoned monster as Xyz Material. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack if it does not have any Xyz Material.. - Draw cards from your Deck equal to half the number of Candy Counters removed from this card.
