Holy Blue-eyes

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" from your hand, your side of the field or Graveyard. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When this card battles a non-LIGHT Dragon-Type monster: Destroy that monster.

This card is overpowered as it is (no, it is not balanced because it dies from Spell/Trap effects or other things).

Granted, you do need all 3 Blue-Eyes but you can simply dump them for Ultimate Dragon (assuming he's used nowadays, which is unlikely), then banish for it. Also, a 5000 ATK monster that can't have its summon negated by Warning or whatever; and is also revive-able by Darkness Metal? Yeah, no.

Last effect pretty much kills other Dragon-oriented Decks, outside of Hieratics and some other things. Lower its ATK to 4000 or something AND get rid of the "cannot negate summoning effect".

Beat me to it, but yeah. This card is literally an unnegatable Five Headed Dragon, right down to the attribute-based unkillability. Worse still, this thing is stupidly easy to summon (even my crappy dragon deck can make this on turn one). Combined with the fact that Darkness metal can bring it back with impunity thanks to its effect, and you have yourself a very overpowered, unbalanced card for an archetype that really doesn't need it.

Is this better and more balanced

This card Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can special summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"s from your Graveyard. This card's Special Summon activation cannot be negated. All At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a DARK type monster: Destroy this that card battles are destroyed.

You need to realize that if you want your monster to be summoned only by your intended Summon method, you need to add certain key phrases, like "Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by [method]" or "Must be Special Summon (from your hand) by [method] and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways". Otherwise we have things like REDMD which can cheat this card into play, allowing someone to exploit it at no effort needed. The same applies to the Red-Eyes card you also created.

As for now, this card reminds me of a reverse Catastor - auto-killing only DARK monsters and manually beating in the face of anything else by sheer stats. The only change I expect of you is to make this a (semi-)Nomi to make it harder to Summon and harder to cheat into play.

There i hope this is better?

Let me fine-tune that. You might want to learn about PSCT to understand how modern cards are worded. Helps distinguish what's a cost, what's part of the effect, whether it targets, etc.
