Monarch King
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 3 LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can banish 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to target 1 card on the field; return that target to its owner's hand.
thlch
Comparable to Lightray Diabolos with much DEF. Would also be nice in a Lightsworn deck  Cool card!
Iphrem
It's almost balanced, I just think it's kind of weak at the moment, I believe there's something missing from this card, as if it was a WIP.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
This is pretty much the defensive LIGHT bouncing counterpart to Dark Armed Dragon. As already mentioned, this could be teched in LS decks or whatever can mill LIGHT monsters in the Graveyard. The bouncing effect can prove useful in some cases, but in the case of LS, it's detrimental for them in summoning Judgment Dragon or another things (since you are removing some of the cards needed to get it out). Other Decks may not mind as much. Chaos Decks could keep their graveyard contents set enough to bring this out, but most of the time, you want said threats gone; not bounced away for your opponent to re-use again. Though it does screw with Extra Deck or other SS-only monsters if that's the case. Though, as the effect is just a bouncing variant of DaD, I can't really say much about originality [considering that LIGHT does have Honest and some other heavy support cards for them]. It is good at what it does, though.

newhat
I don't know if it would be broken as a spin. Unlike DAD, this is not searchable and has low ATK. At the moment it is not rewarding to run in Lightsworns--they are top-heavy enough--and I can't think of another LIGHT Deck that's fast enough to benefit from the bounces. Blake
I think spinning it to the deck would be better designed balanced than it is now. I mean, it wouldn't be balanced, but being able to bounce any card on the board begs for loops just like DAD creates with its destruction. I don't think recreating DAD is very wise, but it would both have better utility on the whole and be better balanced if it returned it to the deck. Not specifically to top, though. And limit its uses. Like, idk, maybe 2 per turn at most. DAD not being OPT is the biggest offender.
