New Dark World Support (2 cards)

This card's Type becomes Fiend-Type while it is in your hand or Graveyard. If this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can banish a total of 2 "Dark World" monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard, except this card; Special Summon this card. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Dark World" monster from your Deck. If this card is banished: You can discard 1 card. You can only use 1 "Rayy, Dragon Ruler of Dark World" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

When a Level/Rank 4 or lower monster your opponent controls activates its effect: Pay 2000 Life Points; the effect of that monster becomes "Your opponent discards 1 random card".

So... You made a Dragon Ruler for Dark Worlds.... Why?
Furthermore, it's 'If Discarded via effect, do [x]' effect is flat-out absurd when you take into consideration the card is also searchable by Snoww. Speaking of which, you would more then likely Summon Snoww with said effect in the first place, to which, gets bounced to revive Grapha, and as such, gives you a Snoww in-hand to search for yet more stuff in your Deck.
Add to it, the fact it becomes Dragon, for literally no reason what so ever, other then prove to be a stupid idea, is very contradictory in it's own right; Case in point, the fact it's no longer a Field makes it unable to be used with Gates, and as such, proves to be dead.
Plus, BECAUSE it's a Scrub Ruler copy-paste, you also have the inconsistent benefit of killing your resources in a manner that doesn't even make sense with the Archetype itself.

How about we just not have Rayy be a Dragon Ruler, since you want it to support Dark Worlds exclusively (as opposed to the other Droolers, who were allegedly designed to support entire Attributes (and the Dragon Type)). As Armz said, it being a copy-paste of the other Dragon Rulers makes it fit in weirdly. For example, the whole "Can SS self" thing since Dark Worlds don't tend to have many of their members in the Grave (mostly because of Gates). And then it's Level 7, which Dark Worlds can hardly work with.

 

The guy who told you that you need a Life Point cost for the Trap Card is dumb. It's a -2. You lose two cards to negate one effect, and unlike Divine Wrath, the opponent's monster isn't even destroyed. 2k Life Points is a LOT, and considering the discard is random, it's not necessary. You even have a Level/Rank restriction on the card, as if it wasn't restricted to hell and back already. Besides, Dark Worlds work loads better when their monsters get discarded on their own turn (bar Grapha since he's Raigeki Break).
