razzy
When a Quick-Play Spell Card is activated: Negate the activation of that card, and if you do, destroy it. During either player's turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, when your opponent activates a Spell Card that targets a card(s) on the field or in either player's Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation of that card, and if you do, destroy it. Dramatic Crossroad
Most counter cards have (additional) activation conditions, or at least a cost, this card lets you negate not 1, but 2 of your opponent's Spell Cards... and for free. The OCG looks flawless nevertheless and the picture fits the name/general idea.
Marco Polo
Second effect is particularly useful. I like how the quick play spell negation might end up as a cost at times; you'd have to wait for your opponent to activate 1 but afterwards you're free to negate whatever. The effect structure strongly reminds Breakthrough Skill.
