Jord200
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Number_49:_Fortune_Tune 2 Level 3 monstersDuring each of your Standby Phases: Gain 500 Life Points. This card cannot be targeted by card effects. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you candetach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. When this card is sent from thefield to the Graveyard: Target 2 Level 3 monsters in your Graveyard; shufflethem both into the Deck, and if you do, return this card from your Graveyard to the Extra Deck. You can only use this effect of "Number 49: Fortune Tune" once per turn. So....Discuss. Also, why don;t more people use this?
Slinky
its a reusable stall tool, I guess there just isn't enough level 3s you'd want back in your deck. Tour Guide is about the only one I can think of in general.

asterr259
A friend of mine runs this in Madolche. Which I'm not sure is good or bad, but for sure it works. I just feel like it belongs somewhere else.
Aerion Brightflame
Isn't it just heavily format dependant? I mean, especially in a rank with so many walls anyhow. Like it's only really good in formats where blocking targeting is extremely powerful. Which hasn't happened for a while. It's definately not a bad card per say, just yeah format dependant
Dracoswag
Between this card/Angineer/Zenmaines,, I prefer Angineer as it is a lot more reliable in terms of protection (unlike the previous two mentioned, in which they can only protect themselves.) Anytime I consider what defensive Rank 3 to add, it almost always comes down to Angineer.
Blake
It's only good in certain decks, and it's decent, at best, in others. I guess it's better with TGUScarm engine, but.
Toffee.
Being un-tergetable is pretty neat, but, I guess, as mentioned before, it's more relevant if the format calls for it. It's still a pretty cool card overall, though.
The Warden
The problem is is that guy is pretty weak to swarming, which has become a lot more prominent these past few formats. He just doesn't have the stats to wall like Zenmaines.
newhat
Angineer is harder to negate and can protect your other monsters.
