For proper CnC you would need to add the type, levels, stats snd attribute. If this is a fusion use the fusion template. Post the card lore For the shits n giggles, that pic is already for a real card. So like... uper unoriginal. Lol

But seriously, learn to shot web. Your card is missing all sorts of data - Attribute, Type, Rank/Level, ATK/DEF, etc. Your image is that of an existing card, Rainbow Dark Dragon, and of terrible quality, too. Also there already exists a Number 0, though admittedly that has a F somewhere.

This just hurts my eyes. a blurry picture of rainbow dark dragon, no rank, no type, no attribute, no atk, no def, second the effect is terrible,

From where? Your extra deck, the field? and why do this? if they have a carad that stops effect damage, you've just -1 yourself. Do better

Moving this to Joke Cards because there is an apparent lack of design and thought put into this card.  

 

Picture already exists on another card; effect appears to have no thought put into it and also lack of other stats. Gadjiltron already summed this up nicely.
