Favorite one is between Raikou and Lugia; can't really decide between the two.

Former is probably due to being an Electric-Type and probably influence from my high school mascot (saber tiger).

None of the above. Never really was keen on Johto legendaries. Only one I've used was Raikou and that was in the after game of Pokemon Colosseum.
