Philemon
You can target 1 Zombie-Type monster in either Graveyard; this card loses 500 ATK and DEF, then Special Summon that monster to your side of the field and increase it's ATK and DEF by 500. You can only use this effect of "Des End Dragon" once per turn, and only once that turn.
Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard; this card loses 500 ATK and DEF, then Special Summon that monster.

Since someone made a topic on Dark End Dragon, I figured I'd try remaking him as a Zombie, it helps he already looks evil enough. I've taken in some of the proposed changes, as he would be a bit too generic and distract from the Zombie Counterpart them. And I've changed his name because I think Des End Dragon would likely be it's name rather then Dead End Dragon or Death End Dragon would be in the TCG. Thoughts? dizzyshot
I like the idea. I'm curious though if the monster Special Summoned is destroyed would Dead End Dragon gains it's ATK and DEF points back? I assume yes, but it just doesn't state it within the card. The 500 ATK/DEF is a cost and non-refundable (unless you have two D.E.D's out and use one to bring back the other when it dies).
BatMed
Well, a good card but not a creative one... Since you choose to make it a Zombie-type monster, try to make an effect that suit a Zombie-type monster (support/rely on Zombie world + Plaguespreader Zombie, etc) However, it still a nice try ^^.. This IS an effect that suits Zombie-Type monsters, it just doesn't support the typical Zombie Deck that Rank 4s like crazy or Vamps as much as DARK Rank 8 stuff (like Archfiend stuff, Dark Creator, and stuff). Anyways, I don't like the idea of letting this revive any monster in your Graveyard. I'd say let it only rezz Zombie monsters, and Zombie Rank 8 Decks might be one step closer to becoming a thing (there would need to actually be Level 8 Zombies that people would want to run). Furthermore, you should change the effect to only one of these effects going off per turn (like DRoolers, not like Zombie Master) since you can set up two Rank 8s if you get one copy of this out while the other two are in the Grave (and, being a Zombie, this card can be brought out of the Grave much more easily than your typical Level 8 monster due to Book of Life and Mezuki). I suppose you're right, I've taken your and part of dizzyshot's ideas into fixing this card. I'm not quite sure if I should make it only once per turn for each copy, as putting in multiple copies is a bit of a risk that I think should be rewarded rather then punished. But I'll see what others say before adding in that clause.
Trebuchet MS
Seeing that Zombies nowadays like taking from others' Graveyards (because many an archetype nowadays is doing that self-reviving shenanigans), why not have this card be able to revive a Zombie from either player's Graveyard? Gives it good Zombie World compatibility (and hilarious in a mirror).

And we all know how hard it is to summon a Zombie from your Graveyard. Totally should stays as is. 10/10 All sarcasm aside, you can make a turbo deck that is based on discarding Dark Level 8 Zombies. You can easily bring this out with The Dark Creator or Book of Life. Going into double Zombiestein or triple Felgrand is, like so totally fair, right? You can fix this making it once per turn (Dragon Ruler), like ABC said. Other than the obvious flaws, it's fine.

Philemon
1 last thing, would making this effect once per each players turn be too much?
