If you control no Set Spell/Trap Cards, neither player can Set Spell/Trap Cards nor activate any Set Spell/Trap Cards on the field. I love the artwork and the effect really. My friend Sophie brought up the idea of using this in Agents along with Splendid Venus but the -500 on Denkou was brought up and we dismissed.
