Wildflame
Destroy all other face-up Spell and Trap Cards on the field. Both players take damage equal to the total number of cards destroyed by this effect x 300. With Qliphoths running around, and more floodgates than ever, this is shaping up to be a pretty optimal side option. Thoughts?
Blake
I'd rather just run good removal that works on Dolls, too. It's not bad, but it seems incredibly overdone against a deck that maxing MST is a better usage of space than this.
Sleepy
Or you could use Spell Shattering Arrow to go past Decree and Trap Stun... *Tries not to get shot* Btw, I've seen YGOPro still give the search when the Pendulum vanilla of the archetype gets destroyed. Is that some glitch or is this just an unfair advantage Pendulums have?

Is that some glitch or is this just an unfair advantage Pendulums have? The first part has been said commonly in a lot of places, no one should be shooting you for it. It might not be optimal, but it's no less than this as a suggestion. Probably a glitch, but I'll check rulings. Yeah, it doesn't resolve. When the effect of "Qliphort Tool" resolves, if "Qliphort Tool" is no longer on the field because it was destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon", then the effect is not applied. When "Qliphort Tool" is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon", it is placed face-up in the Extra Deck.[2]
Wildflame
I don't know, I'd rather play 3 MST plus 2~3 of this/other S/T removal. Stopping them before they actually get going seems to be the most efficient way to dealing with Qliphoths. Or you could use Spell Shattering Arrow to go past Decree and Trap Stun... Spell Shattering Arrow is actually a nice alternative to this (better burn, only affects your opponent, but it doesn't deal with Continuous Traps). In the mirror match, or while using something that loves their continuous like Fire Fist or Yang Zing, I'd side it instead of this. And yeah, Tool shouldn't activate when destroyed (didn't happen to me in YGOPro).
Slinky
3 popular side cards would be Fairy Wind, Spell Shattering Arrow, and Full House. Spell Shattering Arrow is for the mirror match and Fire Fists, Full House is for anything using artifacts Post-NECH (if they exist), and Fairy Wind is for everything else. Running 3 MST just isnt enough to deal with Qlips. You need to run as many options as you can to continually cock-block them without actually taking away from your decks consistency and strategy. Blake
3 MST and Full House and/or Twisters/Typhoons is enough. If you're devoting more main deck space to removal, they're just going to run over you anyways. "Anything using artifacts" isn't even correct. Full House has been used as a generically good card for ages in the side. Why? what it shuts down, it MURDERS.
