Marco Polo
Pendulum: 1)You cannot Pendulum Summon if there are 2 "Mystical Chirubi" in your Pendulum Zones. 2)You can only Pendulum Summon Normal Monsters (this effect cannot be negated). *****Eff 1) can't be negated aswell, I just don't have the energy to update it now, reuploaded it too many times now. Monster: If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing a Normal Monster, you can Pendulum Summon 1 additional time this turn (you can only gain this effect once per turn). Pendulum: 1)There can be only 1 face-up "Mystical Oogichi". 2)You can only Pendulum Summon Normal Monsters (this effect cannot be negated). ****1)same here. Monster: When you Pendulum Summon a Normal Monster(s), you can discard this card from your hand; target 1 Normal Monster you control, it is unaffected by card effects until the End Phase. cnc. notice the pendulum scales. btw, background fits the pendulum colors. Trebuchet MS
Normal support would always be welcome, though they still need some other form of assistance to bring them up to speed or put them on equal footing with the existing non-Normal Decks. At least Ooguchi tries with its monster effect, but I feel that its duration can be extended to last for the opponent's next turn to keep a threat more difficult to deal with. Asymmetric scales are something relatively new, albeit speculated on to make the red/blue scale significant. Because most monsters worth Pendulum-Summoning are often high-Level starting from LV4, there doesn't seem to be much reason to put a no-Pendulum-period restriction for double Chirubi. Unless you're pre-empting Performapal abuse or a wacky R3/R4 play.
