Effect:

2 Level 4 Monsters
When your opponent Summons an Xyz monster: you can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; negate the Summon and destroy that monster, and if you do, send this card to the Graveyard and Special Summon 2 "Adannion" Tokens (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK500/DEF500) to your side of the field in Defense Position.

Well, in my opinion it's pretty weak. I think you should increase it's DEF and make it a Rank 3 Xyz monster. Nowadays we can find way better and useful Rank 4 Xyz Monsters. So the effect that allows you to destroy your opponent's Xyz Monster by destroying itself and leaving only a Token cannot help any deck. I like the look of this card, but in my personal opinion, it should be a better anti-Xyz Monster.

Ph0toN, you need to explain WHY you think it's weak.

Just saying that it's weak and saying suggestions without backing it will not cut it in this section.

Anyway, while this card is good as an anti-Xyz Trap, keep in mind that it costs you both its materials AND itself in exchange for leaving a small Token on the field (along with destroying said Xyz). Keep in mind that since this card doesn't negate the summoning, what's to stop your opponent from reviving it right after. It stops a few Nomi Xyz, yes, but a lot of common things are generic + can be SSed from grave at a later point in game if needed; considering the prevalence of revival cards. Granted, Xyz are still being used nowadays but note that Fusion/Synchros are still common, and don't really care about this card, as they'll just kill it later on.

Given it's a one-shot effect, you can afford to have it negate the summoning as well; in a similar vein to Warning/Judgment. That wouldn't push it into the overpowered zone, but at least makes it worth sacrificing this card (and both materials). Might want to buff it so it can deal with other Extra Deck threats, but then again it'll become a Warning on legs, so a bit iffy here.

I agree with Sakura that it could negate the Summon of the Xyz without becoming overpowered. Hell, it could even do it without removing itself from the field and the Token effect could be left as a second effect that triggers when the card is sent to the Graveyard; I don't think a 1-time Xyz negation is that powerful to deserve the cost of losing your monster.
