You cannot Normal Summon that target during the turn you activate this card. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted September 29, 2014 Report Share Posted September 29, 2014 It's essentially RoTA for Winged-Beasts; that's about it, except you can't Normal Summon the searched monster. Then again, Blackwings won't care about the restriction since most of their stuff is SSed. Or if Shun gets his way in Arc-V, more ways to spam Raptors and other stuff. That being said, RoTA is at 3 now because of new banlist, so this card can potentially spam search in a similar vein. I'd advise putting an OPT clause on it as well.
