Darj
You can Set this card from your hand to your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card. During your opponent's turn, when this Set card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When an "Artifact" card is destroyed and sent to your Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Thoughts on this card as a side against Shaddolls in anything with the Artifact engine? I have not tested her myself yet but it should be clear which would be her main purpose. And unlike other Artifacts it can drop herself when a Moralltach or Sanctum is destroyed, so it is less likely to clog in the hand or field than Scythe. But really, I'm mostly asking because, effects aside, this is by far my favorite Artifact, and I'm looking for valid reasons for playing it. (GigaDrillBreaker)
It doesn't seem like the worst idea. Dropping this after midrash runs over one of the 'tachs seems pretty funny. The issue is that it won't work if you summoned the 'tach that turn, considering Midrash's summon limiter. I have been running a Constellar/Firefist hybrid this format that features the artifact engine, so I will try it out. I suppose it would be 2 in side, to replace a morall and beagal? Darj
I am siding only 1 to replace the single Beagalltach who doesn't work well with Midrash on the field. Although siding 2 and going 2-2 Moral-Labrys doesn't look like a bad idea, but still, reducing the # of Morals in the deck feels iffy, and also Side Deck space is an issue. By the way, I believe her effect wouldn't work when a 'tach is destroyed by battle, because of the (except during the Damage Step) clause.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
Oh. Didnt see that limitation. I dont like this anymore...
Darj
Now that you mention it, I wish it didn't have that clause. It didn't even need it: it's not like avenging a dead Artifact with a 2300-ATK beater would have been a broken play.
newhat
Got this in Duel Arena. I didn't bother digging for more Artifacts. Without a question the worst one. The dime in a sea of diamonds.
