You can only use this effect of "Matriarch of the Necloth" once per turn.

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Necloth" Ritual Monster. You must also send "Necloth" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard, whose total Levels equal the Level of that Ritual Monster. If you control no monsters: You can banish both this card and 1 "Necloth" monster from your Graveyard; add 1 "Necloth" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways (You do not use "Polymerization"). When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 banished "Spirit Beast" card; Return it to your hand. During either player's turn: You can return this card to the Extra Deck, then target 1 of your banished "Spirit Beast Tamer" monsters and 1 of your banished "Noble Spirit Beast" monsters; Special Summon them in Defense Position.

Wrong section.

 

Lost Tornado's pendulum effect is neat for screwing battle traps and such things, the PS effect is kinda overkill, and pretty much made quite a huge shift in momentum for you and generally, is too safe and versatile.

 

Doesn't see Matriarch to be that useful due to the higher level necloth's restriction, though the second effect is pretty neat.

 

Seermirror's design is really ugly, just saying. Setting up the grave for exo and the ritual spell's search shenanigans, general thinning, and yeah. Though, generally it's less ugly than Kaleido so...

 

Pilica really made me worry, tbh. While it's hard OPT, it's pretty much an OPT Stratos/E-call effectively due to the fusions making it able for you to keep on using it turn after turn.

 

Rampenta....is made to abuse Rampenta. Not much else is to be said, aside from damn, you really want to give the deck even more consistency and ability to plus a fuckton without fixing its weakness to Maxx C, huh?
