"Shinning friendship" + "Tenderness"

This card gains 100 ATK for each face-up "fairy"  type monster on the field.Once per turn, during either players turn you can negate the effects of all monsters except the effect's of "light" type  monsters.When this card is destroyed special summon 1 level 4 or lower fairy type monster from you're deck in face-up ATK position.

 

 

I always play a troll deck with these little fairy puffs :3 so i though id make them some support ^^

This card gains 100 ATK for each face-up Fairy-Type monster on the field. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can negate the effects of all monsters, except LIGHT monsters. When this card is destroyed: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster from your Deck in face-up Attack Position.

 

^That is the fix.

-ATK is only used to state the points. The action of attacking or the position is written in full.

-Attributes are not Types and don't need to specify what they are. Just saying "LIGHT monster" is enough.

-You lacked space after some periods.

-Everything else like capital letters and whatnot is in bright red.

 

Your card doesn't need you to run its materials to become a tech in any Fairy Deck, which might conflict with your original goal. It can be Summoned via Instant Fusion.

Negating effects and searching is pretty powerful for something like that. At the very least Divas could make use of Dark Hole/Torrential Tribute combos and further add consistency to their lock down strategies.
