You can only use 1 "Extreme Fusionist" effect per turn, and only once that turn. If this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 DARK monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by your Opponent's card(either by battle or card effect), you can Special Summon 1 "Fusionist" monster from your Deck.

Here's the deal... The card "Synchro Fusionist" has a WIDE variety of cards that can grab it, ranging from things like Junk Synchron to Dark Renewal, to random ones like Apprentice Magician and Magical Undertaker. So more or less this card would be just another one that falls in line with those sorts of cards. 'Course, there is also Noden which becomes Azathoth with this card, but that was and wasn't intentional with this card. Though, to be fair, Lovecraft.dek would be pretty damn cool if it were more of a thing.

Thats long winded to make a card thats way too easily stoppable, also is fairly slow unless you open with burial every game.

Its nice but still inconsistent.

Could also play things like Armageddon Knight/etc to mill Fusionist, but still...

'Course, this card doesn't care how it's Summoned, just as long as you do it, so you could always Call of the Haunted/Limit Reverse/Soul Charge/etc this card.

Could also make Phonon Pulse Dragon OR that Underworld Fighter guy, and grab Miracle Synchro Fusion instead. The former, of which, can in turn become Draco-Equiste(w/e) with any Warrior added to it.

I mean, yea, I know my card is gimmicky, but that's the point.

I have always thought that Synchro Fusionist has a lot of potential by being able to search power cards such as Miracle Fusion, Shaddoll Fusion and Super-Poly. I already like this card because it supports that monster.

However, the card feels... inefficient: The first effect is almost the same as Junk Synchon's, with the perk of making Fusionists in the hand live, but is still more of a "combo piece"; the second effect does help with setting Fusionist up, but is slow and leaves "Synchro Fusionist" vulnerable to attacks if Extreme was destroyed during the opponent's turn.

I think the second effect could be improved by, let's say, either summoning Fusionist during your turn (even if it was destroyed during the opponent's turn) so it will be safe from being destroyed by battle by your opponent, or summoning with an immunity to destruction for the rest of the turn, also turning it into temporary wall.

You can further improve the effect by making it work when the card is sent to the grave (Burning Abyss clause). That way, you could mill this card through Foolish, Mathman, Armageddon, etc. and summon Fusionist immediately for a Synchro play.

Thing is... the original Synchro Fusionist isn't a Tuner, so getting it to the field through things like Armageddon would be rather pointless. However, I could outright remove the 'You can only do this stuff once per turn' clause OR just say you can only do each of it's effects once per turn, and make the second effect into one that triggers if sent to the Graveyard regardless of method, and specifically Summons the original Synchro Fusionist from the Deck, and nothing else.

Yeah, those changes look fine and would make card easier to play with, but the "problem" of Fusionist not being a Tuner would still remain. A straightforward solution it occurred to me is to treat Fusionist as a Tuner when it is Summoned by this card's second effect, but that would be too convenient and silly, and would enable power plays such as making a Synchro 5 or 6 with a single card (Mathman and Armageddon respectively).

Technically that one Lightsworn card can do stuff like this, however, that card doesn't go and enable Noden right afterwords, which would be the issue.
Updated the OP.

EDIT:
This into Fusionist -> Make Phonon and search Instant Fusion.
This revives Fusionist
Play Instant for Noden and revive This
This and Fusionist makes Balmung, search Miracle Synchro
This revives Fusionist
Phonon and Fusionist makes something like Orient Dragon/[generic Level 6 Dragon] -> Search another Miracle Synchro
Balmung and Noden makes a Rank 4 Warrior
Miracle Synchro using Orient and the Rank 4 for Draco-Equiste
Play 2nd Miracle Synchro using Balmung and Phonon to make a 2nd Draco-Equiste
....
Oops.

EDIT 2: Now, you can only use each of it's effects once per turn.
