AncientGearGeneral
New archetype, Symphonics! They all have this effect; When this card is normal or special summoned, you can special summon a "Symphonic" monster from your hand in face up attack position. You can reveal and discard 1 "Symphonic ____" to negate an opponent's attack. Each one is based off of an orchestral instrument and is a synchro based deck. Here's the first monster! Flash Flyer - Sakura
You do know that "Symphonic" technically exists as the Sound Warriors, right [they do similar things to what your Archetype intends to do]? Though it depends on the Japanese reading of the Archetype to determine support. In addition to whatever you have coming up, said Archetype also get implicit support from this card; but only through the SS effect. Anyway, the discard effect is essentially a slightly stronger variant of Kuriboh (there isn't much difference in terms of damage negation, except you can block damage on your own turn). Can be used to save yourself from recoil damage if one of your monsters battles and opponent alters the stats of their monsters, and yours dies. The floating effect is nice for recovering certain cards in the Graveyard; whatever those are in this new set. Unless you provide more "Symphonic" cards, can't really comment much on its playability. (In the future, please post your card's effect underneath. Makes it easier to read, and fix your OCG/card grammar. Below is your effect, written in PSCT as accurately as I could make it for you) When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned: Special Summon 1 "Symphonic" monster from your hand in Attack Position. Once per turn: You can target 1 card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. During your End Phase, return this card to the hand. During either player's turn, at damage calculation: You can discard this card; you take no battle damage.
AncientGearGeneral
Ok, I made some edits to the card. Also when was sound warriors a thing?!? But the archetype focuses on having 4 or 5 symphonies on the field each turn (sorta like a symphony would have many instruments) and bounce back to be used as kuribohs. I'll try making more but could use some ideas for effects. Well, what do you think?
