GOATSNAKE
2 Level 4 monsters During either player’s turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card to target 1 face-up monster on the field; flip it face-down. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles a face-down monster: You can attach that monster to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. Spinny
I first looked at this and thought, flipping hell this is bonkers. but actually since it needs the attack to go through without a hitch then it should be fine.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Excellent. 8.5/10 I usually don't enforce this often, but you need to elaborate a bit on why you think it's a good card. (Note the AC in this section.) That being said, this essentially turns into a 101 (or if I have to mention it, that Fire Princess) card against face-downs; which can work quite effectively against stuff like Shaddolls/Ghostrick or whatever utilizes them (including common stall monsters). Though in that respect, it takes some degree of time to "recharge" Xyz Materials to flip stuff face-down and take them. Yes, the attack needs to go through (and that's easier said than done with backrow and other things [including common bosses]. The design here is iffy [considering that it emulates some of the examples in the guide of what NOT to do], but it's not nearly as bad.
