BPHSCHIP
Monsters your opponent controls cannot be destroyed by battle with this card. If this card battled a monster with an original Level: you can return 1 monster whose DEF is less than or equal to that monster's ATK from the field to the bottom of your Deck. Otherwise, return 1 monster from the Graveyard to the Deck.
newhat
Why "original Level"? What monster has a Level but doesn't have an original Level? Where are you spinning (returning to Deck) the monster from? If it's from either player's field, this serves a simliar purpose to Revived King Ha Des. If it's from your Graveyard, this card is too slow to do anything useful.
Draconus297
There are cards (can't remember the name off the top of my head) that make all monsters have the same Level, so I would assume that those cards could potentially turn Ranks into Levels. On this card itself . . . it just seems rather weak. At 300 DEF, it could justify having ~2400 ATK, as the Orcs get away with 2200 despite being Level 4- the point where it would sorta be useful. As it is . . . I fail to see a point to it.

Nope. Xyz monsters can't ever have Levels. On this card itself . . . it just seems rather weak. At 300 DEF, it could justify having ~2400 ATK, as the Orcs get away with 2200 despite being Level 4- the point where it would sorta be useful. As it is . . . I fail to see a point to it. Its DEF should hardly ever justify its ATK. It scarcely matters if it has 300 DEF or 1200 (anything higher than that actually hurts the card). It needs a higher ATK because it's weak for its Level and its effect does not compensate for it enough. OT: It's really difficult to play because it is Level 5, and non-Vampire Zombies that are above Level 4 typically don't see play. You might see Endless Decay teched every now and then, but usually it's not worth the effort. Pyramid Turtle exists, but you either have to ram it (thus taking damage) or Set it (thus risking it not dying in battle), and in Endless Decay's case BTS turns it into a direct attack against yourself. This, as I said, has weak stats for a Level 5. Then it's hurt even further because your opponent can't lose monsters by battle to this card, so you can't get free removal off of this. The effect in theory is nice if your searchers are running out of targets to search, but there are better cards if you end up having this problem. Daigusto Emeral and The Transmigration Prophecy come to mind, and maybe Exodius. If this can get your opponent's monsters off the field and into their Deck, then this card would be a tad nicer, but you'll probably lose this in battle unless your opponent leaves a weak monster out on the field (which is pretty much just one of the Hands). Maybe if it had 300-400 more ATK, and spun a monster from the field (maybe also the Graveyard) every time it battled, it would be closer to usable. You could toss a once-per-turn restriction on it if you want, but that shouldn't come up often. If you let it spin monsters from either player's field or Graveyard, it could be a nice form of nondestruction removal and/or Graveyard disruptor that could also recycle. Flavor-wise, undertakers prepare dead bodies for funerals. I'm not really sure where any of this spinning ties into that.
