Elia41
Sometimes, magic goes out of control. Lore: Destroy every Spell and Trap on the field. Each player loses 500 Life Points for every destroyed card they control except this one.
Trebuchet MS
Mm-hm, it's a Heavy Storm in a freely Chainable Trap form with a bonus strapped on top. Heavy Storm is banned in the TCG for good reason. I don't see why a similar card would run about in the standard game without falling into the Limited List. Flash Flyer - Sakura
huge boon to artifacts Unless you like taking considerable damage; depending on how many you've managed to set, then not really. It triggers their abilities, yes, along with whatever other monsters that can set themselves as S/T cards, etc. As Gadj already mentioned, Heavy Storm is banned for the exact same thing this card does; except it doesn't cause LP burn and can't chain to things. If anything, this goes to 1 or is banned like HS, should it be released.
Elia41
Alright. Ultra or Ultimate Rare in Limited Edition and the damage nerfed at 200. Good thing I didn't post End of Times ...
Trebuchet MS
Burn or no burn, the fact that this is an effective Heavy Storm clone will mean it hits the List should it exist in the current game. Designing cards with the expectation of them getting Limited/Semi is generally bad practice, as you're simply raising the power level capacity of your designing space. Maybe if this card hit only face-up or face-down S/Ts, it would be better. We have several similar cards that only do one of those (e.g. Fairy Wind), but those generally see little play. To avoid the card being a Heavy Storm clone or an underplayed card, why not let the player choose between it being able to wipe face-up or face-down S/Ts?
