Slinky
1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro MonstersMust be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when amonster(s) would be Summoned: You can negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster. This card must be face-up on the field toactivate and to resolve this effect. When this card is sent from the fieldto the Graveyard: You can target 1 "T.G." monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. Bringing this up again, soley because of Limit Over Drive. Definitely has its uses that Quasar wouldn't fill.

Ryusei the Morning Star
No, Stardust Warrior does the job well enough. You should only Run Quasar and Mag. Star Dragon as the overdrive targets
Slinky
Stardust Warrior is one and done however. Which is the main issue here. Whereas this applies to normal summons and flips, Warrior can only hit Specials.
Progenitor
I've always liked Halberd Cannon. I wish it didn't only block inherents, but I guess in a format where inherent summoning in the form of pendulums is taking off, it definitely has much more of a use, though still a bit of a niiche one
VampireofDarkness
I always wanted to make a T.G. Halberd Cannon Deck as a joke since it had the same requirements as Quasar. Seeing how Pendulums are coming around and Shaddolls are slowly going down, I suppose it could be done. It still isn't quite Quasar tho, especially the revival eff. It's solid, don't get me wrong, I just feel it got replaced. You are right though at that this is better against other Decks like Qliphort, but the question boils down to is it worth it EDIT: Just saw Limit Over Drive. That becomes one purpose for this card. Neutrality Man
I actually put one of these in the Side Deck of every Quasar I ever built for Anti-Qliph. Limit Over Drive COULD make it a Game 1 Extra-worthy card as Pendulums gain momentum, but more than likely TGHC will be forever relegated to SQD's tag-out partner.
