CLG Klavier
2 "Masked HERO" monsters (This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card.) Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While face-up on the field, this card is also LIGHT-Attribute. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; negate that target's effects until the end of this turn. This guy is kinda underrated. It's a pretty great late game thing once you got over a Dark Law and an Acid...basically, over the course of the game, you WILL end up with a few Masked HEROes in grave, and you can Miracle Fusion into this since it's an E-HERO. It negates effects of face-up CARDS, not monsters, so you can lock down a Scout, remove a Fiendish Chain and whatnot. It...it has potential IMO. Azuh
I honestly don't know why they just didnt call it "Elemental HERO Contrast Chaos"
CLG Klavier
Me neither...even the japanese version has it called "C-Hero" and has the "treated as" line, so maybe it's a manga thing? It was just "Contrast HERO Chaos" there and they wanted to to be a semi-E-HERO here without renaming. Dunno really.
Slinky
The reason it doesn't see play is BECAUSE it needs 2 Masked Heroes. Which are already only extra deck monsters. So its generally a waste of space because you aren't generally going to summon it.

evilfusion
While it didn't really need to be a C-HERO, it still has flavor within the HERO series. There were the E-HEROs, the D-HERO, E*HERO, V-HERO, M-HERO...yeah, they just love the different classifications. But also, the way they fuse plays a part in it, I imagine. E-HEROs tend to fuse Elemental Heroes. D-HEROs only had one Fusion, and it's not even a D-HERO itself. D-HERO did not use Fusions. Evil Hero fused Elemental Heroes using Dark Fusion. V-HERO fuses ANY Heroes. Masked Hero fuses by using Mask Change. It's not even a real form of Fusion. C-HERO fuses Masked Heroes. This card's only flaw is its Summoning requirement uses 2 Masked Heroes. Being counted as an E-HERO is a saving grace because of Miracle Fusion. But it still means you need to have dropped 2 Masked Heroes already, or somehow lost Extra Deck cards. You'd also need to run Omni-Heroes a bit so Miracle Fusion isn't dead. It requires a lot of dedication to even consider using, and space is always tight.
and1dodger
Can't this negate cards like D-prison, Dark hole like the Zombiestein?

Ryusei the Morning Star
You CAN use fusion substitute monsters. Just wait till the Debris Errata gets confimred, polySync Heros are gonna be back

Fuck...um well 1) relying on an effectively unsearchable card that's limited is a bad idea 2) I think it's a bad idea to make any calls yet, we don't know what the list could do to the meta. Heroes COULD get Ruler treatment and have all their member and power spells limited or they could get Infernity treatment and escape every fucking Banlist...15 days will tell

Just wait till the Debris Errata gets confimred, polySync Heros are gonna be back Why do people still think the Debris Dragon thing was an errata and not just a screw-up like it probably was? The problem with this guy is Dark Law already does way more, and he's the only M-HERO anyone cares about.

Slinky
just fyi it wasn't announced, it was leaked. just because one part of it held true, doesn't mean the other part will.

玄魔の王
Right, but its a lot more likely now The Junk Warrior errata only changes whether or not the effect is optional. The Debris errata fundamentally changes how the effect works. Plus, why would Konami not implement that change at the same time as the Junk Warrior and DSF ones when they had a perfect chance? Not to mention the pictures weren't associated with any product, they were from NAS/TV Tokyo stills, and they screw up lores a lot (see: Heroic Challenger War Hammer). @Acid and Kamikaze: let's face it, they're nothing against Dark Law. If Anki gets released and gets a similar treatment, watch out.
