Can be used to Ritual Summon a Spellcaster-Type Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters you control or from your hand whose total Levels are equal to the Ritual Monster Summoned's or more. Once per turn if you control a Ritual Monster: You can activate this card from your Graveyard with this effect: Special Summon it to either side of the field in Defense Position as an Effect Monster (it is not treated as a Spell Card) (DARK, Fiend-Type, Level 2, ATK 3000, DEF 0). It cannot declare an attack.

There are 8 IRL Ritual Monsters Summonable by this card, out of which there are 2 this card is meant to support:

-Legendary Flame Lord is a Level 7 that requires Spell Counters, which this card helps speed it up a tiny bit each turn, and since he is a field nuke effect, it won't matter that the Spell is Summoned.

-Relinquish benefits from gaining 3000 ATK through this card's effect, but in exchange for not absorbing an opponent's monster. I'd say it is a small price for a Level 1 3k that survives 1 battle destruction while sharing damage.

Other than that, I made a Ritual Monster to go with it, http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/325864-nightmare-welcoming-witch/

Art by me btw~

You know what I just noticed? You could run this over with it's matching Ritual to give it 3K, then in MP2 you could subsequently revive this again.

You could also bump the Token up to Level 2, but that's if you want to let it make 2 of those Rituals to keep the opponent from attacking/targeting either.

You wouldn't be able to revive this again in MP2 because you would have already Summoned it once before that turn, you have to wait for next turn.

The Spell Monster effect doesn't happen when you Ritual Summon with this Spell Card, only OPT afterwards.

Maybe I worded it weird.

I think I could but I wonder if it'd be too strong of a lock if I did..... err why not? Let me go edit these real quick.

EDIT: I tweaked a little bit the wording, and made the Token a Level 2.
