Sleepy
Cannot be targeted with an attack or effect while you control another monster. If this card would be destroyed, you can banish a Level 2 monster from your Graveyard instead. If this card destroys a monster by battle: This card gains half of its ATK. Also, you can Special Summon a "Magical Familiar Token" with the same Type, sub-Type(s), Attribute, Level/Rank, ATK, and DEF as the destroyed monster (You can only control 1 "Magical Familiar Token" at a time). It isn't impossible to Ritual Summon even though it doesn't list a specific Ritual in it. Though this Ritual Spell was made to go along with it: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/325863-witching-hour-trial-ritual-spell/#entry6525351 You'll see the combos once you read it. Also, it doesn't need to produce a Token to gain ATK. The destruction protection effect would normally qualify as "too much" but I went with the idea that it is an unusually uncommon Level to be ran in many decks, so it is more of an incentive to use them. Art by me~ Thoughts, opinions, suggestions are welcomed.
Toffee.
Wouldn't it make more sense to force the Token to be DARK? I mean, given the name of the Token and the idea behind the card itself, it seems like it would work better. Unless you had other ideas in mind, which are totally fine by all means =D

Unless you had other ideas in mind, which are totally fine by all means =D The Token is supposed to be like a shadow clone from Naruto, more than anything else. Maybe "Dark" in the Token name wasn't that great of an idea, but then again I DID struggle with naming these cards for a long while xD It is also supposed to inherit compatibility with other things that'd normally work as support for the copied monster, except for the monster effects themselves. I'm actually questioning this card's balance a little bit right now since it looks too well equipped to defend itself when it comes out... a little too well. Anyhow, thanks for the comment. bloorocksDotD
I think the anti-destruction effect is just a BIT over the top. Without that I think that it would be perfectly balanced, and it works well with your spell that you made to go with it. I don't really see what decks would run this, but it's pretty good. Yeah at the moment there isn't a particular deck that'd particularly have this card in mind. In fact in Yugioh WIND Ritual Monsters don't exist. The game also has no Level 2 Ritual Monsters either. This card is more of a semi-stand-alone card trying to contribute into starting to fill that hole. I also noticed SOME decks do run maybe one or two Level 2 monsters in a natural way, like Mystical Shine Balls in Agents, Fluffal Owl in Fluffal decks, some FLIP has to be Level 2 in Shadolls, and the always limited Deep Sea Diva in Sea Serpents. Level 1 monsters are always the light monsters, like in Piper decks, and Level 3+ pretty much all have viable decks (Rank 3s, Rank 4s, etc), so I made this Ritual partly because Level 2 have the short end of the straw, not being small enough to be good in many places, and not big enough in most either. So I consider it a sort of "reward" for bothering with that specific Level. That said, I think I agree with you there. The anti-destruction effect is the part that has worried me the most about this card, so it is the part I'm most eager to hear about when I see a post. Thanks for the imput, in both my cards.
