I quite liked its usual texture and all, and it's pretty much the first non-spaghetti pasta I tasted back then so there's that sentimental value too. So yeah, let's talk about these stuffs. Lunar Origins Posted December 7, 2014 Report Share Posted December 7, 2014 I was never fond of lasagna for the fact that I just cannot stand the texture of fetta cheese. My personal favorite types of pasta are rigatoni and fettucini alfredo, though I'm more partial to the alfredo. Spicy macaroni and cheese is godlike. I love rigatoni, ziti, penne, etc. Lasagna is amazing, spaghetti is too (especially mushroom spaghetti). I almost always order pasta at restaurants. I would eat at Noodle's everyday if I could. I would eat pasta everyday if I could. I like making homemade meatballs for spaghetti. I like it any which way, with meat and sauce, olive oil and herbs, butter and garlic, alfredo and parmesan, etc. If I were reborn as a food item, it'd be pasta. Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 Since i come from Pasta-land (aka Italy) i basically eat pasta almost every day, and it's awesome in almost every form, i like the short types of pasta, i'm not a big fan of spaghetti and stuff like that...
