Remove from play, from your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). Except that Shaddolls not only have their own Fusion cards, which are good, but they prefer having their monsters in the Graveyard, and banishing them for a Fusion goes against that.
