-kyo-
trap Activate when you send cards from your hand to the Graveyard by the effect of your opponent's card. Draw double the number of cards you sent to the Graveyard. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Celestial_Windfall please discuss
Toffee.
Aside from the fact you draw back double the amount of cards, which is pretty neat, you will end up having to face off against something oddly specific- oh, right, the manga loves it's plot devices... You can side it against Dark Worlds. They love making you drop cards.
~Faytl~
Reminds me of Disgraceful Charity from the anime, except that worked off of your own cards, wereas this doesn't let you get the discarded cards back but allows for grave setup if you discard Mezuki or anything else you prefer having in the Graveyard. So this has a better potential payoff, wereas Disgraceful Charity is more consistant and easy to activate.
Yemachu
You can side it against Dark Worlds. They love making you drop cards. Or you could run it in Dark World decks. Some of their cards let them discard cards on the account of their opponent: "Ceruli, Guru of Dark World" and "Dark Deal". While "Fabled Dianaira" does not really fit into the deck, it also works with this card. Unfortunatly most of said cards lack most usage otherwise.
