When exactly 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK is Special Summoned to your side of the field while your opponent controls a face-up monster: Your opponent chooses 1 face-up monster they control, you Special Summon all cards with the same name as the Summoned monster from your hand, Deck, and Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, also your opponent Special Summons all cards with the same name as the chosen monster from their hand, Deck, and Graveyard.

Part of me wishes this actually had a consistent searcher of sorts, but it's understandable why.
Regardless... This card literally is either used for OTKs OR just silly combos in general, both of which are on and off for being consistent; Go figure. Either way, it's a fun card.

Well since we all know that there is only Raid Raptors - Vanishing Lanius (me thinking of Shun using this in his deck on the anime) but obviously that there are more cards lets you access Xyz and sometimes Synchro if you somehow have that 1 Tuner on the field.

Essentially an OTK or mass Xyz/Synchro enabler, yes. I remember using this a lot in my Gimmick Puppets on my Necro and Magnet Dolls to go into a lot of Xyz Monsters and burn the opponent down to nothing, and Deskbots to OTK. Probably it's most consistant usage I've seen is in Cyber Dragon decks, since it summons out the regular Cyber Dragons and can be counted on to be activated succesfully given that all the Cyber Dragon clones meet this card's requirement. 

 

The above combo also works with Jinzo Jacker, which is HILARIOUS.

I still run two copies in my batteryman deck because AA is a beast when you drop short circuit (I used to run 3, but then 9v happened)

the card has some fun applications in frog and skull servant decks as well, since dupe frog, flip flop frog, and swap frog all pretty much become instant nightmares, while summoning 2 kings and 2 lady in wights (from grave) with skull servants pretty much guarantees beatings in the near future.
