Atypical-Abbie
Poki Draco is based off of Dragonite, it's even holding an Aspear Berry. I dunno, I don't really see that much a resemblance, I mean, it's a dragon after all, they look similar. Unless you can confirm that their intent was to reference it, I wouldn't really say that. OT: I still haven't really used this card, even though I have been meaning to. A thing I didn't know about it was that you can also Summon Ritual Monsters, so that's pretty neat. Any ideas to try out?

Neutrality Man
Now that we've all reacted to this name change. Cost Down -> A Wild Horahkty Appears -> Flip off your opponent as you shuffle for Game 2.

Cost Down -> A Wild Horahkty Appears -> Flip off your opponent as you shuffle for Game 2.Can you not read the words ORIGINAL LEVEL? And why the hell do people always say cost down? It's pretty damming inferior to Star Blast, or even Mischief of the Gnomes, most times.
-Griffin
Can't use Cost Down, this card says 'original level'.
Βyakuya
Ah Konami. You give us s**t names like "construct" and on the other hand give a nod to Nintendo.
Neutrality Man
Ah, "Original" wasn't there last time we talked about this card. When it was still "A Bolt from Out of the Blue"
Blake
Ah, "Original" wasn't there last time we talked about this card. When it was still "A Bolt from Out of the Blue"uh, yes it did It was a mistranslation on the Org's part, and was edited before the very first topic about this card even ended. Neutrality Man
Must have been changed after I'd closed the forum, then. I generally browse during classes because redundancy and such. That mistranslation was the only version I'd ever seen. There's still Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode shenanigans, though. Summon SD/AM Set a burner Trap you can activate at any time e.g. Waboku, Threatening Roar If your opponent enters End Phase without trying an effect, trigger the anytime Trap and negate it with SD/AM. SD/AM revives itself, dodges the reshuffle.

The card's official rulings say that Stardust Assault must first have been Summoned with Assault Mode Activate to have been considered properly Summoned. Its own effect is not considered properly Summoning it. It won't revive during the End Phase. Seriously, this card's existence prompted a bunch of ruling clarifications. You are going to be hard-pressed to find something genuinely abusable.
Neutrality Man
Wow, all those Rulings made this card's Secret Rarity a waste.
evilfusion
This card is probably meant to be a fun card in purely casual, gimmicky Decks but could make something normally unusable really potent, if only for a turn. They seem to have taken some care in limiting how ridiculous it can be. The fact it works on Rituals is a very nice part of it, though.
Expelsword
Ah Konami. You give us s**t names like "construct" and on the other hand give a nod to Nintendo. Isn't it supposed to be a new body built for Tierra? The name Construct fits it perfectly. This card is probably meant to be a fun card in purely casual, gimmicky Decks but could make something normally unusable really potent, if only for a turn. They seem to have taken some care in limiting how ridiculous it can be. Remember the Elemental Lords? That's what it's for. Poor poor Pyrorex... goodfusion
The stupid thing about this card is the fact that it is bad with Gransoil (who is shown) because his effect that summons a monster from either grave is unusable.
Delibirb
Winged Kuriboh LV10 is the only good target I've found so far for this. You can do pretty well with it, especially with For @ 2 for afterwards to finish the job.
Neutrality Man
It's pretty good for Dark Armed Dragon when your Graveyard invalidates his condition by being overloaded with DARKness. Nothing more hilarious than sending a fully overextended opponent -13 from nowhere.
