Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If an ‘Orichalcos Shunoros’ with 0 ATK  is destroyed by battle or by card effect while your life points are higher than 10,000: Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned: Send all cards from your hand to the Graveyard. The original ATK and DEF of this card each becomes 10,000. This card cannot declare an attack unless you send the top 10 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card leaves the field, your opponent wins the Duel.

I made it TCG friendly, hope you like it

Unless you play some form of LP restoration, just keep in mind that the summon conditions for this card probably will not get met.

Then again, it requires that you play Shunoros in a Vanilla Deck, and they don't usually carry LP restoration.

(Also note that you'll probably have a Vanilla in the Graveyard, so Shunoros will have some ATK).

Also keep in mind that this card is weak to all forms of removal, including Bottomless Trap Hole, Mirror Force, Exciton, 101 and so on.

I'm assuming you'll be designing the rest of the Orichalcos cards with this in mind; otherwise this card is essentially dead-weight as is, outside of heal Decks that can afford a card slot for Shunoros.

By the way, we already have a Shunoros. That Shunoros can't be destroyed by battle while having 0 ATK because your opponent needs a monster to destroy it by battle, and them having a monster means Shunoros already has at least 1000 ATK. (Blowing it up with card effects still works though.)

Also, it's not completely TCG-friendly if the card has become functional but not really playable. (Look at a majority of the early E HERO "support", for example.) The mill-10-to-attack restriction is particularly painful since this card now has a finite ATK score, no piercing to push the damage, and has no self-protection to prevent your opponent from just causing you to lose the Duel with the lift of a finger.
