Text was mistranslated earlier, and it's much better with the fact that it's when it itself is killed in either the pendulum zone or monster zone.
 
Effectively, it's the only one with a "Pendulum Effect".
 
At a glance, the best Zefra appear to be the Yang Zing and the Tellarknights.

In Sephiras, both tellarknights triggers this, even when this one is a scale, and in turn, it'll trigger Exa. This then searches the Infernity Barrier that this card fuels by being destroyed.

 

And searching whenever you pendulum summon this is pretty ridic.
 

Like, seriously.

 

Not to mention that there's one more Spell (MIracle of the Zefra) and probably one more trap still unreleased for now for the theme.

 

Even in Yang Zings themselves, this can be used to search for Creation and Path, which is neat.

Yang Zing has been able to live with that, plus Zefra are designed so that they work with this card, so no big issue here.

 

Interesting thing though, it's still a monster effect, even though it's destroyed while in the Pendulum Zone, I would have figured it would need to be a Pendulum Effect.
