Magician Pendulum cards, I'm going to use these in a deck against IRL meta decks, so suggestions are welcome

Once per turn: you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; this turn, that target loses 800 ATK. Unless you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 4.

 

If this card in its owner's possession is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): you can add 1 "Magician" pendulum monster from your extra deck or graveyard to your hand, except "Gazer Magician Girl". I can think of two possibilities here. Either you actually think this is balanced, or this is a troll deck. IF the former, here's my advice. If not, this should be in joke cards.

Recall so far no pendulum monsters have had an really powerful effects except for scout and assembler, who are hideously broken. Your cards all have powerful effects in the pendulum zone. But th main problem here is that your monsters are really to strong. Both the level 7s have hideously good removal options, trick lets you get obscene card advantage. Remember that these go to the extra deck on death, and you can kee summoning them over and over and triggering their broken effects. Trick is really easy in th late game to get. These are just really to strong. Tune them down, please. Less removal and worse pendulum zone effects w

I don't think that was ever his intention, but yeah, there are a lot of balancing issues here. Now i don't think Trick Magician's Draw 2 was a good idea. maybe just reduce it to a draw 1, or else you have a recyclable Pot of Greed, and that is not a good idea. Now granted, even if it is destroyed or compulsed or whatever, running 3 seems essential, and you can just keep recycling with ease

Now Dark-Eyes is a major problem, as i can basically destroy 2 cards per turn because i am really only going to run this in Magician based decks, and to destroy 2 each turn is simply way too much. It's not even like it's just these 3 pendulums, Timegazer and Stargazer works fine too, and they grant immunity in battle. Black here seems like a bad troll deck to run against because it essentially is a Ring of Destruction each turn, and then you have the other Pendulum based Monsters like say Breaker the Dark Magical Warrior and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon that just makes this easy Draccosack and Big Eye farming as well as adding on to the sheer power of this deck.

The Pendulum effects are actually not as powerful as that other guy is making them out to be, aside from Trick. Though, because of how often you can just keep Summoning them, the monster effects of the middle three monsters are a bit too strong. Even if not, there's also Apprentice Pendulum Magician which means you could probably play a second one of whatever monster next turn.

 

Black Pendulum Magician's effect right now is a +2 that will likely deal over a fourth of your opponent's starting Life Points as damage (sometimes, even over a third). Even if this would only happen once (unless you're lucky), it's just too much for one effect. Dark Eyes is a slightly tamer version, but it's also a +2. Since it can destroy any card, nerfing Black Pendulum Magician would cause it to infringe on Dark Eyes's territory. Perhaps you could have one destroy a monster, and one destroy a Spell/Trap card? These two are Level 7, so you would get access to powerful cards like Big Eye and Dracossack regardless of how potent these two are.

 

Trick Magician's +2 also feels like a little much for me, but cutting it down to 1 would hurt the card's playability too much because it spins itself into the Main Deck if it would go into the Extra Deck. But even if you got rid of it, you end up at an extra draw every turn. If you want to know how good something like this is, consider Volcanics jumped up from complete irrelevancy since the GX era to being a rogue Deck now just because they got a card that gives them an extra draw per turn. This also applies to her Pendulum effect, even if it is completely reliant on your opponent's actions.
