Though depending on the circumstances, if you need to make a new thread to divide things up, then just PM me and we'll work something out. Reserving posts for future updates is fine, if it'll alleviate stress on the main posts. ---- This would be better fitted as a Q&A question in the main forum though; topic is basically for you to ask me about personal things. I honestly thing you are a excellent staff member. Probably because of the way I do things. Because I'm in charge of Custom Cards and a certain predecessor of mine (among other people) doesn't like how I run things in the area, it basically comes up. Then there was that incident with that one member last week or something, and I got criticized for the way it was handled (save for a few things) Recall that I do not play competitively (this is mainly due to lack of time because of other commitments, and obvious lack of budget), so it's natural that I'm not as good at the metagame and stuff like I should be. Then again, keep in mind that not everyone's level of the gamestate is as high as that one member. Granted, I've been playing YGO since 2002/2003-ish, but basically as a casual player until maybe 2012-ish. Lack of tournaments in this state probably don't help much though. In that one member's case, he was told repeatedly to stop making broken cards in Advanced; I've told him a few times, Nai's gotten on his case a few times and certainly a lot of the TCG vets got on him. Then, there was the way he responded to all of the criticism; it basically boiled down to him being unwilling to learn. Based on the replies, I could tell that a lot of members in the area were reaching the breaking point, before deciding to lash on him. However, he's really the only one who's made a huge stink about his own banning. Remember that I dealt with coolspy shortly after promotion, but then again there was evidence beyond a doubt that he needed to be handled in that case. Then again, The Eternal Winter kept bugging me on DN about his own banning, even though Nai's the one who dealt with him. ---- If I warn someone, there's usually a reason why and it's explained to them. Except of course, it's a spambot or something. What do you think of me? Honestly, I'm rather neutral, but probably because I don't often see you; or rather, you're in sections where I rarely frequent.
