Raiza>Caius

Caius just removes 1 monster from play. -> -1

Raiza t/d's one card from the field. -> -2 because it is -1 monster on the field and 1 dead draw.

That's not how the advantage system works. Raiza and Caius are both +1's.

Caius is a possible +1. Otherwise he could be a +0.

Both are +0's. +1 was a typo.

Hey guys I heard that spinning is pro in a format when decks can draw themselves out in one turn.

Don't believe me look here:http://metagame.com/yugioh.aspx?tabid=33&ArticleId=9497

No joke.

then discarded Dust Tornado to activate his set Phoenix Wing Wind Blast. That spun away Diaz’s one monster' date=' and Wang swung with everything for game!

This tournament is over, and Jerry Wang has overcome insurmountable odds to become a Shonen Jump Champion![/quote']

PWWB won the entire SJC.

As was just said, spinning is no longer useful in a format where the average deck runs 6 draw 2 cards. Non Monarch is fast enough anymore, but if you had to choose, Thestalos, because if you're lucky, he can get rid of the DAD your opponent will surely have sitting in his/her hand.
