Oriannis
Number C99: Utopic Demise *UPDATE: Lore fixed due to OCG error.
Lore: 4 Level 11 Monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by banishing 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your graveyard and using a "Number 99: Utopic Dragon" monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once Per turn you can target one "Number" Monster in your graveyard except any Xyz materials detached from this card; Special Summon it in attack position but its effects are negated. During either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. This effect can not be negated.
Yes I understand this may be taking things too far but it was a rush of blood at being constantly put down by quil's and Cybre Dragon Infinity! Since the art matched and the theme of a "Number C" seemed to match up, I though I would upload it anyway. As always C&C are very welcome as are OCG fixes. Thanks for your time! :D
Snowskateer
Did you make the image? It's great.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Did you make the image? It's great. No, he probably got it off of JazinKay's archive. I recognize the image. Anyway, remember that we have an Advanced Clause in this section. If you're going to comment, at least say something in detail related to how the card is designed + how you believe it can be fixed (should that be necessary). Spinny
Hard to say how good it is without knowing where you are banishing the RUM from :/
Oriannis
Hard to say how good it is without knowing where you are banishing the RUM from :/ Number 99: Utopic Dragon Discards any one RUM to SS itself Oh I see what you mean *Facepalm. I was thinking the graveyard to support the theme of Number 99.
Nightmare Stomper
You can also Xyz Summon this card by banishing 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your graveyard and using a "Number 99: Utopic Dragon" monster you control as the Xyz Material. This activation and effect cannot be negated. Eh I love this card but you have one small capital letter and comma issue - still besides that, pretty good. I like it, and I find no need for the material restriction. Sure, maybe getting a free number every turn is crazy, but not really considering it won't really be able to do anything but beat. Perhaps you should have the negation cost to be 1 Material and Tribute 1 Number monster, but I'm sure if you'd have wanted that you'd have written it originally. I also don't find this going crazy in any way. I mean, sure, it allows you to gain mad advantage assuming your opponent doesn't flip vanity's on you (which they most evidently will) however that's not an issue. I like it, and the art is hot.
