Neutrality Man
Reality-adapted card text based on Dice Re-Roll and Second Coin Toss: When a coin toss is performed, or a die is rolled: you can choose to redo the coin toss or have the player(s) re-roll.(If the coin toss/die roll involved multiple coins / dice, redo all of them.) If the new result is the same as the ignored result: redo the toss/roll again until a different result is reached. Slot and Roulette spins don't exist in our game, so they get no mention. That said, the only reason Second Coin Toss outclasses this card is because it can be used as long as it evades removal effects, while this one is a normal Trap and hits only the effect to which it is responded with. Dice-ReRoll outclasses it by lasting the entire turn, so you can hit any roll that turn if the responded result was desired. However, this specifically denies the second chance coming up exactly the same, which is GODLY for Arcana Force. In today's game this could honestly get a buff on the order of becoming a Continuous Trap & slapping a soft OPT clause on it and still be sane. Without the added soft OPT, Arcanas would lose their negatives until it left

Toffee.
it sounded like a lingering effectNo, that's just the weird wording that the manga tends to abuse. It, honestly, is just a single-use effect.
