Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, Target 1 Zombie-Type monster in either player's Graveyard, Special Summon that target.  Zombie-Type monsters cannot be targeted by an opponent's card effect. During either player's turn, when your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from their Graveyard, Target one of those monsters;take control of that target. You can only activate this effect of "Wight Spiritual Chaos" once while it is face-up on the field. If this card leaves the field, banish all monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect.

Just thought i would give support to a favorite deck archetype of mine, Zombies. Nothing much to this one, just a Level 6 Synchro.

EDIT: applied the OCG fixes provided by Gadjiltron, and I changed an effect where Instead of the control change being only used twice, has instead been changed so it can only be used once instead

A direct upgrade to Doomkaiser Dragon with a protection variant of Archfiend Zombie-Skull. And on top of that you get to snatch what your opponent can revive, Zombie or not, and aren't restricted to Plaguespreader to Summon this. The weird part is that this effect has two activations, which might become a little difficult to track without Counters to assist. All in all, a very powerful Synchro that overshadows the rest of its kind.

I understand the Plaguespreader Synchros are generally not strong enough to stand in the current game, but I'm not sure if empowering to this magnitude is acceptable in practice.

In terms of the summoning requirement, it's possible that he did intend for the monster to be a strict 2-mat summon.

There are a couple Level 4+ that have this, but yeah usually the non-Tuner requirement allows for more if needed.

Anyway, as Gadjiltron already mentioned, it's essentially free revival upon summoning; especially for Zombies with their Field Spell out; and for everything else, essentially stops the opponent from reviving things as you'll basically steal them (assuming you have room). Then, it can block Castel, 101 and whatever targeting threats exist nowadays.

Plus, it's essentially generic so ANY deck that can afford to make L6 Synchros will probably run it; although they'd have to rely on the opponent to revive anything to really do things. And lack of PSZ as a requirement, though I can't seem to recall any other Tuners besides PSZ that Zombies run (not counting Pain Painter and things).

---

Based on the section thing, it'll help Zombies fare better in the game, yes (and we know the power creep sucks like hell), but might be overdoing it in certain cases.

You could change its second effect to OPT negation when something targets, instead of being immune from the get-go like you have now.
